If weight loss is your goal, training and dieting are your main opportunities, whether you like it or not. Remember that all physical activity will result in increased burning of calories. Just sitting instead of lying will actually increase fat burning. It is quite possible to lose weight without exercise, but this is in my opinion not recommended. Both the overall health and in relation to weight loss, some form of exercise is strongly recommended. How much you exercise depends on yourself and how you want to lose weight. More exercise means you need fewer changes in diet and vice versa. To put it simply we may say that the more you exercise, the more you can eat and still lose weight. All physical activity leads to increased metabolism and thus help, in relation to dieting. How high combustion is determined by the intensity and quantity, but the basic principle remains unchanged. Everything helps! Gardening, housework, outdoor activities, a walk with the dog, play with the kids, stairs instead of elevators. There are many opportunities in a busy life. My diet tip is to find ways of working out that you can enjoy and is tailored to your physical level. It is very important for motivation. This may probably seem like a boring diet tips, but for many the opportunities to succeed with weight loss increase significantly through the counting of calories. It will give you control over what you eat and drink, as well as measurable results every day. If you see every night that you've managed to keep the current plan, it will be a motivating factor for further efforts. Another positive effect is that you get a more awareness of how many calories different foods and drinks actually contain. After a period of calorie counting, you will get a good feeling about what and how much you can eat. A good idea is to check how many calories you burn for the different activities. You're sure to get some surprises and maybe a physical activity is not as effective in terms of dieting as you have believed. Or, possibly a physical activity that you actually enjoy will prove more efficient in terms of dieting than you think. To walk with a backpack, I have mentioned and a heavy bag in rugged terrain offers as high, if not higher combustion, than many forms of hard and traditional training. Always keep in mind that motivation is and remains the most important factor if you are to achieve successful dieting. Losing weight means changes in diet and / or physical activity and you must be motivated to make necessary changes over time. Find your motivators and use them for all they're worth.
